How does it work?
We know that putting on an event takes a huge effort so we can take all the hassle from you by organising the silent auction, We will discuss your event and will decide which items will be best suited for your guests, we can add in your own donated items so you can make 100% of the money raised on these items. We will discuss how best to promote the items on the night and the timing schedule of when to close the auction.
At the Event
We will arrive in good time on the day and display the items, distribute the silent bidding forms, talk to your guests and give them any requested information on the auction lots, we will explain to the guests how the silent auction works and encourage bids. Once the auction is closed we will collect the forms and inform the winners they have been successful. We will then collect the payments on our mobile card terminals give the guests their prizes. We can also arrange delivery of the items if the guest prefers.
After the event we will will provide you with a list of all the winning bids, the prices paid and the amount due to you.There is no charge for unsold items. We will contact guests if there are any outstanding payments and then we will send you a spreadsheet showing how much money you have made and transfer the funds to your bank account.
