Cafu is widely regarded as one of the greatest full-backs in the history of football. He had an illustrious career spanning two decades, during which he played for some of the biggest clubs in Europe, including AS Roma, AC Milan and Sao Paulo. Cafu won numerous titles throughout his career, including two World Cups with the Brazilian national team in 1994 and 2002. He also won the UEFA Champions League twice, with AC Milan in 2003 and 2007. Cafu was known for his incredible stamina, athleticism, and defensive prowess, as well as his ability to contribute to the attack with his precise crosses and overlapping runs. He retired from professional football in 2008, having played over 900 games for club and country.
