How long does delivery take?
Small unframed items (Signed shirts, prints, gloves, boots etc)
United Kingdom - Small unframed items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - (approx 1-2 working days for delivery) - you will be required to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2 working days.
International -
Small unframed items sent outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For - (approx 5-7 working days for delivery) - you will be required to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch all international orders within 2 working days.
Large & framed items
United Kingdom- Larger and framed items sent within the UK are dispatched using a courier service - usually DHL or FedEx. Framed items can take up to 10 working days to be delivered during peak times.
Additional delivery charges apply for an address in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
International - Larger and framed items sent internationally are dispatched using a international courier service - usually DHL or FedEx. International orders for framed items can take up to 15 working days to be delivered during peak times.
Do you supply separate signing photos for the items you sell?
If a signing photo is available it will be integrated into Certificate of Authenticity for the item. We do not supply signing photos separately to the Certificate of Authenticity.
You may view/print your own copies of the signing photos by entering the item's "Authentication Code" printed on the Certificate of Authenticity into our Online Authentication service at http://www.a1sportingmemorabilia.co.uk/authenticate
Do you provide un-watermarked photo with your items?
No, we never supply un-watermarked copies of our signing photos as they could be used to support fake signed sports memorabilia.
Are your item signatures hand signed?
Yes, all of our items are genuinely hand signed. We DO NOT sell copies, prints, or facsimile signatures.
Do you provide valuations?
No, we do not supply valuations or buy memorabilia from the general public under any circumstance.
Do you buy signed sports memorabilia from the general public?
We do not buy any signed or unsigned memorabilia from the general public under any circumstance.
How do I know your items are genuine?
A1 Sporting Memorabilia has been selling sports autographs for over 15 years. The vast majority of our goods have been signed by a player who has been paid to sign the item – therefore the players trust us because we pay them fairly and, in return, they treat us with respect.
Our customers trust us because they have seen us with many of the players, they know the players trust us and most importantly, we are not anonymous. We publicise our names, our phone number, and our address. Without fail, the cheats often hide behind the internet with no photographs of themselves or contact details.

Do you offer a certificate of authenticity?
There is no doubt that Certificates of Authenticity look good. We offer a hologram version for each item and hope they are reassuring for our customers. To support the certificates, we also aim to photograph each of our signing sessions and include a picture integrated into our certificate of authenticity where possible.
Always remember that the Certificate of Authenticity is only as good as the company that issues it. While we aim to always prove the authenticity of all our goods, we also believe that the customer has to also rely on their instinct.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer a international shipping. Simply add the products you are interested in purchasing to your basket and a shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout stage of your purchase.
For international orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For service for small and unframed items (approx 5-7 working days for delivery). Larger and framed items are shipped internationally via a courier service - usually DHL or FedEx (up to 15 working days for delivery).
I already have a piece of sports memorabilia do you offer a framing service?
Unfortunately we do not offer our specialist framing services for items that are not purchased directly from us.
Does the Perspex covering on the frame protect from direct sunlight (UV radiation)?
No, currently our Perspex frame covers do not protect against direct sunlight, we would recommend displaying your items out of direct sunlight to avoid the risk of colour fade over time.
Do you offer trade discounts?
If you are interested in ordering more than 20 items in total or more than 5 of the same item then we may be able to offer trade discount prices. Please contact us for more details.
Can you donate an item to our charity?
Because of the nature of our business we are inundated with requests for donations. As a result of this A1 Sporting Memorabilia has chosen Julia's House - Dorset & Wiltshire Children's Hospices as its nominated exclusive charity partner.
How long does delivery take?
Small Unframed Items (e.g. signed shirts, prints, gloves, boots):

Do you offer a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes – every signed item comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity (COA), featuring our bespoke hologram for added security.

Each certificate is personally authenticated and signed off by our CEO, Dan Jamieson.

Where possible, the COA includes a signing session photo for added reassurance.
Remember: a certificate is only as trustworthy as the company behind it.

Are your items hand-signed?
Absolutely. Every item we sell is 100% genuinely hand-signed.
We do not sell prints, copies, or facsimile signatures.
All memorabilia is sourced directly from private signing sessions with the stars to ensure the highest standards of authenticity and trust.
Do you offer valuations or buy memorabilia from the public?
No. We do not provide valuations and do not buy signed or unsigned memorabilia from the general public under any circumstances.
We only sell items obtained directly through our own official signing sessions.
Do you supply separate signing photos with your items?
If available, a signing photo is integrated into the Certificate of Authenticity. We do not supply signing photos separately.

Do you provide unwatermarked signing photos?
No. We never provide unwatermarked copies, as they could be used to support counterfeit memorabilia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer a framing service for items not bought from you?
No. Our framing service is only available for memorabilia purchased directly from A1 Sporting Memorabilia.
Does the Perspex in your frames protect against sunlight?
No. Our Perspex frame covers do not offer UV protection.
We recommend displaying items away from direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
Do you offer trade discounts?
