Replacement certificates are available for purchase. You will need to provide the product code, product description and order number to enable us to re-issue a replacement certificate. The charge covers our admin fee to cross reference your details as a certificate of authenticity is an important document that we will not re-issue unless we are certain that it is being used to support one of our products. Terms & conditions 1. Certificates will only be re-issued once and will usually take 4-5 working days for dispatch. 2. A valid product code and description must be supplied 3. A valid order number and customer details must be supplied to cross-reference your order and details 4. The item must have been purchased directly from A1 Sporting Memorabilia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. For framed memorabilia, please allow 1–5 working days for our team to carefully prepare and package your item before dispatch.

UK Standard Delivery

Small items – via Royal Mail
Large items – via DHL

All UK deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you’re not available during the day, we recommend using a work address. Missed deliveries will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail depot or held by the courier with re-delivery instructions provided.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide using DHL or Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times vary by destination – check our Deliveries page for estimated timings.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight and location.
