Send your shirt securely labelled with your order number and return address to our framing team.

When sending your shirt to us for framing, please use a tracked and insured delivery method. Any duties payable prior to the goods reaching us at our warehouse must be covered by the customer. All items remain at your responsibility until signed for by our staff, or an official representative or agent of the Company.

Once received, we’ll check its condition, contact you if there’s any unexpected damage, and begin professional mounting using acid-free, conservation-grade materials — no pins or adhesives.

You’ll receive a photo of the layout for approval before it is finalised. If we don’t hear back within 5 working days, we’ll proceed. Once approved, we’ll finish the frame, package it securely, and ship it to your chosen address. Any import fees or duty charges, will remain your liability.

UK Standard Delivery

All UK deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you’re not available during the day, we recommend using a work address. Missed deliveries will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail depot or held by the courier with re-delivery instructions provided.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide using DHL or Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times vary by destination – check our Deliveries page for estimated timings.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight and location.
