Any duties payable prior to the goods reaching us at our warehouse must be covered by the customer. All items remain at your responsibility until signed for by our staff, or an official representative or agent of the Company. 

 

Once received, we’ll contact you if there’s any unexpected damage, and begin mounting using archival-grade materials — no pins or adhesives.

 

You’ll receive a photo of the layout for approval. If we don’t hear back within 5 working days, we’ll proceed. Once approved, we’ll finish the frame, pack it securely, and return it to you by tracked courier. Any import fees or duty charges, will remain your liability.
